On 21 April, Saakashvili Presidential Library held the first  lecture "Hybrid Warfare and Russian Handwriting" of the public lecture course "Hybrid Warfare Policy", which was led by the founder and researcher of the Center for Strategic and Political Studies Giorgi Mgebrishvili.
